FOR YOUR COLLECTION:OmegaGuarantee Booklet. When the Omega watch was purchased this booklet was enclosed. Theinvoice was stapled to the booklet. The staples are still on the booklet. The booklet is in very, very good condition... no stains only slight, slight handling when a page was turned. See pictures.... The last page on the booklet had a carbon and the sales person used the carbon tomake a copy for the store . The carbon is on the front of the last page.

Booklet was stored in a desk drawer since 1968.
