Ihave an original ships wheel from a 1950s 42\' Matthews Double-cabincruiser. It is approximately 25\" in diameter and made ofmahogany. The condition is solid(not all beat up) with at least 95%varnish remaining. The varnish has dulled with age but could berevived or stripped and redone. The chrome has some wear and light, greencorrosion. The shaft size is 1\" and the keyway is 1/4\".
