I believe this is a Harley Davidson early Panhead front fender light. This is an original piece from an estate sale. The ribbed plastic finned top lense is embossed Guide P-H9 on top. Some cracks as can be seen in photos. They are on the inside of the plastic. No chips or breaks visible. Plate is cast part # 5938816. The chrome has an interesting wear pattern for a rat rod project. Unsure how to test, selling as-is for parts or repair.
