Up for purchase is a vintage 24\" Orvis Battenkill leather and canvas duffle Bag in good used condition.
Orvis makes solid, functional pieces that last and last, and this duffle is no exception. Extremely well made and durable - they are still making this model, pretty much as-is (and it retails for $398).
Has a small metal (brass) monogram plate on it (if your initials are \"W.C.S.\" consider it your lucky day!).
Leather has a lovely patina on the underside. No structural damage or stains, just the usual normal signs of wear/use. All of the hardware is functional.
Shoulder strap that is included/shown in photos does not appear to be original (probably not Orvis, either); it is usable if you like, or you could hunt down your own original strap elsewhere.
