Measuring 14 5/8” by 23 1/8” this vintage, mid 20th century, Oil Painting on artist board depicts an Arabian City with a figure and his donkey standing on the street in the center. Signed P. Forem this Orientalist Oil Painting is in excellent displayable condition. Under a strong blacklight you can see professional in-painting to the sky only. There are no other problems or restorations and this painting comes framed in a 20 1/8” by 25 5/8” gold gilt frame, which only has some light surface wear and tiny gesso flecks.
