Does not come with batteries, but it was tested and it does work
The Xylophone has a broken tab which is usually the issue with this toy due to age, but the tab is in the bag and can be glued
The original box measures approx. 7\" by 9\". It shows some wear from age with some creases, a few tears and some mild discoloration
