He has cotton arms and beard and a felt hat trimmed in chenille. He is complete but with surface wear from age. Still he has a nice patriotic look with the little flag. The flag is not glued to his side but came with him. Measures 5" long. Domestic Priority shipping with Delivery Confirmation is $6.00. First Class shipping is $3.00. I ship internationally as well.
