Here is a vintage1947 Parker Vacumatic Major fountain pen in superb condition. 5 3/32\" long. 14k Parker XF nib that is a bit springy, and has been polished and adjusted to write very smoothly. Not really a flexible nib, but definitely has line variation when called upon. The entire pen has been dismantled and most parts soaked in the ultrasonic cleaner. The body has been hand polished to show the deep black color, and the furniture is bright with no brassing. Good transparency in the barrel. Imprints are clean and legible. Beautiful condition and ready to write or put in your display case. The writing sample was done with a full barrel of Pelikan Black on lightweight cardstock.
