Here is a Vintage Pelikan 400 Fountain Pen in beautiful Tortoise Shell Brown.The lower pen body is marked \"Gunther Wagner Germany Export\".The cap band shows some brassing and is marked \"Pelikan 400 Germany\".The ink view barrel is vibrant and clear.The piston fill is working properly.The 14 karat 585 gold nib may be stuck. It fails to twist off and I don\'t want to force it.Perhaps a good soaking would free it up.The pens measures approximately 5\" capped and 6\" with the cap posted.
