Vintage Pelikan 400NN Brown Tortoise Striped 14K Flex fine (F) nib Fountain Pen:

sale is for a 1960s Pelikan 400NN piston-fill fountain pen in brown tortoise stripe, fitted with a 14K gold soft and flexy Fine (F) nib. The nib is a true European Fine, and while not a true flex nib, possesses another springiness that additional pressure will produce a much broader line (see writing sample). This pen has been restored, and the piston filler is in proper working order. The nib has been adjusted and tuned by Daniel Smith of the Nibsmith. The barrel still possesses excellent transparency (see pictures). Fountain pen does not include original boxes, but will come with an Aston Leather Co. pen sleeve, and will be carefully packed. Item is vintage, but remains in excellent working condition.
