Phillips 3 speed ladies bicycle made in Nottingham England. It measures 19.5 inches from the middle of the cranks to the top of the seat post tube and it has 26 inch wheels with Sturmey Archer 3 speed shifting. Everything seems to be original except the pedals and the tires ( that look brand new ). Also the fenders look like they may have been painted. There are no dings or dents on the bike but does have some normal scratches and wear from over the years. All the chrome looks very nice for its age. I am not sure of the exact year but the serial # is 217465 that is located in front of the top of the seat post tube. Any questions, please ask. Please look at all pictures for condition.
