Vintage 1933-34 photo album measuring 10 1/4" x 7" contains 21 b+w photos taken during the presidential inauguration of Franklin Delano Roosevelt on March 4, 1933 and 14 taken April 14-15, 1934 in Washington DC during the Japanese Cherry Blossom time. There is also a family photo taken at a beach and evidence of a photos's removal inside the front cover.
The photos are identified in white, some of which has faded or rubbed off. The Inauguration photos include the capitol, Union Station, inauguration stand, Presidential party passing by in a car, military units, Native Americans and inauguration crowd.
The Washington DC photos show night views of the Capitol and fountain, Potomac Park, Lincoln Memorial, several views at Washington Zoological Park, Washington Monument etc.
