We believe this to be a Rare Doulton Lambeth Miniature Toby Jug by Harry Simeon. Although we are not experts on Toby’s we did of course research this piece and found only one example that had sold on UK recently (Worthpoint.com 2011). We compared the pictures of that piece to ours and concluded that they are in fact the same piece. It measures 3 ⅛” high (approx. 8cm). It’s in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or signs of repair. It’s stamped with the Lambeth England & Royal Doulton Marks, the #8599 and impressed as well.

In addition to the shipping costs the buyer agrees to pay for shipping insurance as well.

Although we don't normally except returns unless it can be shown that we have grossly misrepresented an item, we will in the case of this item make a full refund less the shipping costs provided the buyer can show good cause for returning the item. We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. We add insurance at the buyer’s request.

On smaller items we will list the shipping cost with the item.

On larger items we will calculate the cost based on your location.

On our free shipping sales the shipping is obviously.... free, but keep in mind that if you would like insurance that will be an additional cost to the buyer. Free shipping is sent the most economical way possible (1-10 Business days). If you would prefer something faster the additional cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
