Up for sale is a Vintage Metlox Poppy Trail Grease Jar. This very rare piece of Metlox is from their 200 line of kitchenware and is #244. This piece was part of a range set, witch had the grease jar, large sugar shaker, flour shaker, and salt and pepper. This line was made from 1934 to 1942. This grease jar was added to the line in 1936. Jar is glazed in Metlox's Delphinium Blue high gloss glaze. This piece look's great with other California colored pottery like Bauer, Pacific, and Catalina. Add this rare and hard to find piece to your collection.Condition-Mint, no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. Mark-Metlox "Poppy Trail" Foil label.
