This vintage fibreglass lampshade has a white textured finish on the outside which comes into its own when illuminated and it can be used on either a lamp or hung from the ceiling.The shade is in great all round condition with no damage, although the metal fittings are now betraying their age a little with some tarnishing and marks. The metal ring of the fitting is quite thick and modern plastic collars that secure lamp shades in place are quite long and this can cause difficulties with some bulbs not making a connection, for example energy savers. However, shorter older collars work just fine. The lamp shade is quite a reasonable size, measuring 23 cm (9 inches) in length and is 19 cm (approx 7 ½ inches) in diameter.Delivery by courier within mainland UK will be £4.49.
