Up for sale is a circa 1982Gitane Trophee road bike with Dura Ace EX-7200(EX group came out in 1978). This vintage bike is special because it features the first, complete Shimano Dura Ace EX production group(including DA hubs, seatpost, headset, and pedals)! Also unique to this group set are theDyna Drive pedals - which placed the rider 1.5cm lower, lowering center of gravity, better aerodynamics, and improved ankling.This is a second owner bike. Bike was used mainly as a display bike and was rarely ridden. The rear tubular no longer holds air, however the front tire is good. Hoods will need to be replaced as they are very brittle(I\'ve seen replacement hoods here on BTW) There a few minor scuffs on frame which all stem from transporting/storing bike, etc. This would make a great collector\'s piece for any Dura Ace fan or a rider/fan who has a great appreciation of this ride!
