This is a fabulous vintage 6 piece Royal Albert Oriental tea/coffee set comprising a coffee jug standing 9 inches high to the top of the handle, a sugar bowl measuring 3.75 inches in diameter and standing 2 inches high, a milk jug standing 4 inches high, 6 cups standing 2.8 inches high, and 6 saucers measuring 5 inches in diameter.
The saucers and teapot are beautifully decorated with gilding and an oriental figure, birds and foliage, while the cups, jug and sugar bowl are decorated with birds and foliage.
There is a maker’s mark to the underside of each piece.
The set dates circa 1950 and is in very good condition, I cannot see any chips or cracks.
