This exceptionally lovely, hand-painted porcelain figurine by Royal Dux Bohemia (Czechoslovakia) depicts a dancing pair dressed in a Rococo style. The faces are beautifully detailed, their hands and feet are delicate, and the cobalt blue of their dress is very vibrant. The figurine has a high-gloss surface and there are perfect gold applications all over it. It is 8 3/8\" tall, 6 1/2\" at its widest, and it stands on an oval pedestal. Underneath the figurine, Royal Dux Bohemia has affixed its Famous Pink Triangle of clay with the letter \"E\", marking the production years of these enchanting dancers as 1919 to WWII. For collectors of antique or vintage Royal Dux figurines or statues, this elegant 80-year old dancing pair would certainly be a treasured addition. The figurine is in excellent vintage condition.
