This I believe is a SINGER SEEM RIPPER and NEEDLE THREADER (I could be wrong)
AND YES it includes the tiny \"wire\" that sticks out for threading thread....IT is nicely signed with raised letters \"SIMANCO USA 121150 SINGER\" \"SINGER SEWING MACHINES\"
It is NOT new, please expect to see wear to include rust and wear to the green paint....
