I am saleing a vintage Stanley \"Sweethart SW\" no. 2 smooth plane. It is a type 12, and I believe it\'s blade makes it a 1921-22 vintage. Considering it\'s age, it\'s a solid plane, but with some honest wear worth mentioning. I notice there is a fine hairline in the tote, a small piece of casting missing below the handle(see pic), a tiny chip in one edge of lever cap, and some noticeable scrapes at corners of throat. No chips or cracks. There is some original japanning, but probably less than half. In my opinion this plane is in good overall condition. I accept Paypal and I would expect payment within 7 days. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance when necessary. Photos part of the description. Returns not accepted unless item not as described with buyer paying for return shipping. Good luck!
