Sasha is in EXCELLENT condition and comes to you from a NON-SMOKING household and has NO odors.
I am not her original owner and she has remained in her doll tube since I purchased her, in a climate controlledEnvironment. This doll has the appearance to have never been played with and again is in excellent condition in my opinion. I took MANY photos that serve part of the description PLEASE study the photos and ENLARGE them so that you can form your own opinion and determine condition of what you are purchasing.
Sasha has solid white cording on her legs and arms though a tad loose she is able to hold a pose fine. I love the way these dolls were designed to hold a pose on their own. Her body and face have NO rubs or marks, NO neck caving.
She is wearing her silver MADE IN ENGLAND SERIE SASHA wrist tag. She comes with her original paperwork stating she is \"4-103 D366 USA Sasha Brunette Gingham\" inside the brochure, the brochure has some tape along the edge on the cover, though it is not torn. With the brochure is a paper on how to wash Sasha\'s hair and a cardboard story card about Sasha dolls.
Sasha is wearing her blue gingham dress and pants, white vest, white shoes and socks. The dress and pants have NO holes, stains, tears etc., the pants elastic is still stretchy. The white ribbed knit vest has a very small discoloration in back near the neckline, this discoloration is right in line with the snap of her dress and I do not know if the snap caused this, there is no evidence of rust or discoloration on the snap of her dress. Her shoes have NO signs of wear. Her white socks on the top of the shoe opening show a difference in color slightly, like dust, so she may have been displayed at one point in her life or this may be due to age?
These brunette dolls can suffer from a condition called \"falling hair\" and I WILL NOT brush her hair because of the possibility of this, if she has this condition I in no way want toexperimentand make it worse. So keep this in mind if you purchase her. I will say that her hair is thick and shiny but upon close inspection is missing 4 plugs, and 1 partial plug above her right ear, please refer to the photo taken, I do not know if this was caused by this condition ormanufacture? I do not see any other areas missing hair.
Her crayon tube is in good condition with a small minor stain on the outside near the top, the metal lid hascorrosion that has left discoloration on the inside top of the tube.
She is a beautiful doll looking to do some traveling and a new caretaker to love her, perhaps that person may be you?
