Stunning PENNINO large deco floral-themed pin. Features openbacked large oval blue topaz crystals and clear pave rhinestone accents in a dimensional swirl and curved metal set. Gold vermeil over sterling base metal.

Measures 3\"L/W by 2 1/2\" at highest.

Pennino Brothers Jewelry was a United States jeweler founded by Oreste, Frank and Jack Pennino in 1926 and based in New York City.

It designed and manufactured costume jewelry using rhinestones set in gold plate, sterling, vermeil or rhodium-plated base metal.

Jewelry bearing the Pennino mark are uncommon and well loved by collectors. The line stressed the \"real look\" in jewelry with elegant styles and floral motifs.

Production ceased sometime in the early 1960\'s. Many of these pieces were made by Italian immigrants, such as Adrian Scannavino and Benedetto Panetta.

The designs were traditional and classic.
