This has been my absolute favorite machine ever, it\'s the only machine that sews 1/4\" seams on stretch knits beautifully that I have tried and I\'ve tried many. I moved last year and it started stopping and shutting it off would restart . My maintenance man said it just needed a good cleaning, but I sure he is mistaken, in fact I\'m pretty sure the air regulator is gone bad as it won\'t sew at all now, I\'ve seen this part on for about $35.00, but I\'m not handy that way, also the bottom cover plate is broken, as the person I purchased it from sent it in a huge box with no packing. It has 24 built in stitches and makes even more, and has a bobbin that winds in the bobbin case (love this feature) although it makes bobbins more expensive. This machine is definitely worth repairing. Also has Part storage on top, and most parts are there, and no manual included but it is downloadable from Singer for free just put in the 7043 and the down load button will appear.
