Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard: For letters and small parcels. Delivery usually within 3 working days of posting. Items are automatically covered up to a value of £20 compensation in case of loss or damage
Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded: For letters and small parcels. Delivery usually within 3 working days of posting. Items are automatically covered up to a value of £50 compensation in case of loss or damage
Royal Mail Special Delivery: For items up to 20kg. Delivery usually Next Day. Items are automatically covered up to a value of £500 compensation in case of loss or damage
Hermes door to door courier: Economy delivery for medium & large parcels and items over £20. Items will usually be delivered within 3 working days. Items will require a signature on delivery.
Courier: Items weighing more than 10kg will be sent via courier (If you select Other Courier 3-5 Days this will usually be Yodel, if you select Other Courier 48 Hours this will usually be UPS). Delivery usually within 1 and 3 working days. Items will be sent fully tracked and will require a signiture on delivery.
Royal Mail Standard Airmail Service: For letters and small parcels. Delivery usually within 3-7 working days of posting. Items are automatically covered up to a value of £20 compensation in case of loss or damage
Royal Mail International Signed For: For letters and small parcels up to 2kg and up to a value of £250. Items will be sent securely and requires a signature on delivery. Items are tracked within the UK only. Delivery usually within 3-7 working days of posting. Items will be covered up to a value of £250 compensation in case of loss or damage.
Courier: Large items weighing more than 2kg will be sent via courier. Delivery usually within 3 and 5 working days. Items will be sent fully tracked and will require a signiture on delivery.
Items can be collected Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm from our warehouse in Plympton, Devon. PL7 4BQ. We can accept cash on collection.
Terms of Sale
Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods
Unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in their original condition, complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
In the unlikely event of any item being faulty or not as described, we will either refund in full, or replace free of charge (subject to stock availability). Please email the details to @stlukes-hospice.org.uk and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
