An excellent example of a vintage Stanley No. 5-1/4 Junior Jack Plane. This plane is approx. 11 inches long and a blade width of 1-3/4 inch. This size plane is the width of a No. 3 plane but is longer then the No 4 at a full 11 inches. Some folks consider the perfect size everyday plane.

Parts are complete and appear all original, the original Stanley Blade is nearly full length and has been freshly sharpened.

Castings and all metal parts are fine, no cracks, breaks or repairs.

The original Black jappaning finish is very good over 90%

Premium Rose Wood handles are beautiful, no cracks, breaks or repairs.

This plane has the frog adjustment feature and All adjustments work and move smoothly.
