Greetings home owners,interior designers,builders and vintage Stanley Sweetheart product lovers ! !
For your consideration is a rare lot of 18 Stanley \'\'sweetheart\'\' solid brass hinges.
9 of them are marked L.H for Left Hand and 9 are marked R.H for right hand.
The S.W. in the heart design appeared in various configurations below the notched rectangle STANLEY logo, from roughly 1920 to 1934.
These 80 year old hinges are in very good condition ( solid ) but will look better with minimal cleaning.
I brushed one lightly with a fine wire wheel to show that the finish would look like if that method were used. ( Satin )
You could also apply more pressure to obtain a bright shiny finish if desired.
Overall measurements are approximately 6\'\' tall by 3 7/8\'\' wide.I also have most if not all of the original brass slotted head screws for them.
They will be included when shipped.
These are a must have for any period restoration project if you are looking for absolute authenticity !
