I write all of my descriptions on the bottom of the about me page.I do this hoping everyone will take a minute to read the page and get to know me a little better.I explain all of my policies and procedures and by reading we may avoid any problems that could arise.Thanks About Me I am not a very formal person and I don't consider this a business.I just have some things I want to get rid of and have found thatis the best place to do that.I honestly don't have the energy for yard sales and I certainly don't have it for a booth at the local flea market.I don't really know a lot about vintage costume jewelry.I just have a storage unit full of it because my 85 year old mother likes sales.I do have fun with this and when all of this is gone I may just go find more so I cancontinuedoing it.I am really bad about those sweet little notes a lot of sellers put in the package with the item you won.I have even purchased several different kinds of thank you notes and not one is missing out of the stack.I guess it's just another one of those little things that prove I just don't pay attention to detailSo....if you purchase something from me, your thank you note is in the drawer, blank, but I thank you very much in advance.I have never claimed to be a photographer. I dorecommend to any seller to watch the tutorial on taking better pictures, it'sextremely helpful and does somewhat improve the quality of pictures. I am alsonota very observant person. I am referring to my mustache story. I was married for 20 some odd years.My husband had a mustache 17 of those years.You would think I noticed when he shaved it well.......NOT.Go figure. Therefore all of my items have been looked over carefully but what one may see another may not. If you feel that I have grossly misrepresented an item then contact me and I will rectify it.No one is perfect and we all make mistakes, me more than most.This is not a smoke free pet free home.My pets smoke on a regular basis and you will possibly find afeatherfrom a bird or hair from a dog stuck to the tape of an item you purchased..Many days I would love to just package that bird and send him to someone.He never shuts up. ReturnsI don't like them.Now if you have a valid reason to return it then do so. I have taken it upon myself to list some valid reasons and poor excuses. Valid Reason1. It's broken2. I lied Poor Excuses1. Changed your mind.2. Wanted it for a night out and thought you would send it back.3. Wrong color4. I would love to be able to ship for free but some of these items barley sell for .99. At .99 for an item if I pay for the shipping I would be in the hole.I ship First Class because it's cheaper and I also try to recycle material to keep handling charges down.If you purchase several items that would weigh more than the 13 ounces for first class then I send it Priority Flat Rate in a small box for 5.50.I will be adding 1.00 to all shipping to cover the cost of the material I purchase.Things like padded envelopes, tape, bubble wrap, tape, tape, tape.The new shipping prices really only affect those of you who buy one or two items.It really won't affect those of you who shop with me regularly.So........if you have several items shoot me a message for a final invoice and I in turn will send it with the correct shipping charges. responseAs with all sellers, I depend on your positive response to continue selling my pre-loved items so as Thumper so eloquently put it,"If you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all"Or please contact me with issues and I will do what I can to rectify it.
