This brooch is in very good condition. It does show wear from decades of love and use. The clasp works fine but is a bit loose. It may need to be tightened by a jeweler. It measures 1 1/2 inches long. Very neat piece and hard to find. I bought her 20 yeara ago and I had looked for years for one.
