Mottled Vulcanite - FineNib - Box - Restored - Superb

ThisConway Stewart 15 was manufacturedaround 1960\'s in England.

Early first version of this pen denoted by knurled cap top, flange lever and original number 6 nib.

The colour is mottled vulcanite (hard rubber).

Measures a chunky 4 1/2 inches.

Fully serviced / restored.

Nib.Correct nib markedin script - ConwayStewart -14k Gold- 6 , heart shaped breather.Writes a flexible fine.

Barrel. Imprint - The Duro Pen No 2 - Conway Stewart London.Gold fill flange lever with Conway logo. Completelyfree ofscratches, dents, dingsor bite marks.

Cap. Double gold filled cap bands,gold fillConway Stewart fixed ball end clip (firm) withgood tension.Everything in top order againcompletelyfree of scratches, dents, dingsor bite marks. Five line knurled cap top.

Restoration. The pen has beendisassembledultra sonically cleaned, all parts checked, reassembled with a new sac, hand polished andwrite tested.

Comes in Duro box.

Overall.This is a super conditioned early Conway Stewart Duro No 2. Should be in a collection.
