Vintage TC Chiu Original Art Oil Painting and Watercolor Floral with Bees Asian Chinese Wild Flowers
Stunning original early T.C. Chiu wild floral painting with hibiscus flowers and bees in flight. Beautiful colors and complex composition. A wonderful feeling of depth and immediacy. Finest Chinese-American art.
Chiu came to America from China in 1974 and soon established a reputation as a talented artist and print maker. Today his work in print form is ubiquitous. Original works from the artist\'s personal gallery are listed from $551 to $2625. This piece was purchasedinitially by it\'s first ownerin 1981 at the Monmouth Mall Craft Show in New Jersey where Chiu was presenting his nature themed oils and watercolors.
From Tutt\'ART - Tan Chun Chiu was born in China and developed an interest in art when he was a young child. He began his art studies in China and continued when he came to America in 1974. His delicate work is the combination of the essential qualities of traditional realism and contemporary painting techniques.Accomplished in a wide range of media, he incessantly challenges his mastery of watercolor, oil and printmaking. Many subjects inspire the widely traveled artist. Pre-eminent among them is an aoffering reverence for the peace and beauty of the world of nature that is reflected in his painting.

Condition of the art i excellent. The glass in the frame has some light scratching. Please see all photos.
