Vintage cardboard needle case or book with a flock of Blue Birds or Thrush\'s soaring through the sky. This case was put out by The United Ice and Coal co. from Harrisburg and Carlisle, Pa. It still contains 14 sewing needles. The printing was done by The Progressive Adv. Co. from Springfield, Ohio. There is some light age toning and there is are some losses on the left side front cover. The back cover extols the 4 work yards United Ice and Coal has and the varieties of coal and wood they provided. Their drivers were also gentlemen. This case is 3\" wide and just over 4 1/2\" tall. There is a pecil price of 50 cents which may be original since this came out of an old thread cabinet from a closed general store. Please check out the other needle cases I\'ve listed.
