Vintage 18k yellow gold Tiffany & Co pendant in a double swirl heart shape, with a Heart Shaped Amethyst 3 prong set at the bottom and a round brilliant cut diamond above, at .10 ct with a color and clarity grading of GH-VS2, also 3 prong set. Marked on the back 750 T&Co. Pendant measures almost 5/8\" tall by 1/2\" wide at the bottom. The chain is strung through openings at the top of the pendant. **Please note the chain is Not Tiffany and it is a 14k yg micro-gucci link measuring 20\" long. Under magnification the amethyst has some slight wear, mainly on the girdle edge, diamond looks fine with excellent color and clarity, amethyst with fine, deep purple color and little wear on the gold.
