You are offerding on a copyrighted 1962 the USPS Course Plotter which is a plastic devices used to plot nautical courses. It has the directions for use on it\'s paper sleeve. This was devised by the United States Power Squadron. It has been well used and has many scratches on the surface, but none that will affect the use of the tool. This was an essential tool prior to GPS navigation. It may still be essential today were someone to have a power failure. The piece measures 15 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches.
