• The first picture of the fan is the floral front
  
• It appears to be silk or silk like fabric held with bamboo blades
  
• The blades are in the natural except for the two outside painted black
  
• The fabric is lifting from the blade in the center part where it first attaches to blades
  
• When open, it measures 17\" across the bottom and 8.5\" in diameter.
• I feel that the blades are bamboo because I can see the hair like veins of the grain
