This is a vintage Waltham Premier Military style Wrist Watchv working. The case and crown is base metal. The crown will set and wind the watch. The watch dial is in fading and discoloring from age. The watch hands with sub- second are intact however they are missing significant amounts of radium. The crystal is intact howver does have numerous light scratches and yellowing from age. The watch is in working condition and the watch is being sold as is and probably needs proper servicing or overhaul and the band needs fixing please check other listings for other vintage watches and watches that needs repairs thank you very much
