Description

ITEM: Offered for your consideration and purchase is the pictured vintage silver plated JEWELRY CASKET (Jewelry Box) marked on the bottom with the number 472 and the (weak) trademark of the Weidlich Bros Mfg Co of Bridgeport CT (in business from about 1901-1950).

Approximate DIMENSIONS: 2-3/4\" x 3-5/8\" x 2-1/2\" high. Net (before packing) weight is 13-1/2 ounces.

CONDITION: Although the satin lining which would have originally been inside has been lost, the hinge operates well and the lid closes properly. There is no significant loss of silver plate, no heavy scratches, repairs, or other significant issues of mention.
