Vintage Whiting & Davis Metal Mesh Purse Enameled w/ Compact Yellow-Pink-Green:

This is a very neat old Whiting and Davis bag. I picked it up at an estate sale and don\'t know a whole lot about it. Some of the paint has come off but the mesh is in good condition. From the top of the clasp to the bottom it measures 7 inches. When you open the clasp inside there is a compartment for powder, I believe. You can kind of see some powder still in there. There is no puff with it. The hole for the powder measures 1 inch. It is marked Whiting and Davis on the inside top corner. It is very small and hard to read.
