This was restored from the ground up completed in 2005. The boat was taken apart and restored using all the original pieces for pattern some of the original wood was restored and re-used but the rails, dash and bow is all brand new. I used rare Hondouris Mahogany that was purchased raw and planed. All the gauges are Air Guide NOS. The wood steering wheel came off a 1932 Chris Craft. The windshield and steering was installed by Jack at St. Vincent boat in North Portland. It has a marine Bose stereo and comes with everything required for boating, life jackets first aid kit, oar, fire extinguisher and depth finder. The front swivel seats and back bench were built at Bentleys in Milwaukie. Comes with 6 gallon gas tank, sub pump,80 hp 1970 mercury outboard that was rebuilt by one of the best Marks Mercs in Salem it only has 6 hours which was how much time it took to properly break it in and also long shaft 20 hp Merc. Also comes with canvas cover. It comes with Shorlander trailer. Has a brand new marine battery. Keel on 70H has 2 inch chip not shown. Title is clear in my name. Boat was appraised by Fred W.
