Vintage Zeiss Ikon Super Ikonta Iv ( 534/16) Camera And Case, Tessar Lens. For Sale
An unusual ZEISS IKON SUPER IKONTA IV , model 534/16, with a TESSAR 75mm f3.5 Lens in a Synchro Compur Shutter, with a good CASE and Strap. This has faults, see below.Cosmetically, it is in nice undamaged condition, showing only light signs of age and use. Leathers are complete and in good condition. The COUPLED RANGEFINDER is aligned and accurate. The METER is working, reacts well to light, but not checked for accuracy. FAULTS- 1-- The shutter is jammed.- 2... and the small catch which is normally on the meter flap is missing, so it stays open. It will fold up OK to go in to the camera. OPTICS and BLADES are in nice clean and clear condition. Focussing is smooth, and the self erecting lens pops out smartly when the button is pressed.
