This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that has a fleur de lis on the front. The front is enameled in green, and the enamel is in excellent condition. The initials \"D.S.\" are beautifully engraved on the back. Theseams of the heart are sealed, and there are no dents or dings. The charm is marked sterling on the back, and has a good patina, but could use a bit of a polish. It measures just under 3/4of an inch high andjust over 1/2of an inch at its widest and weighs1.5 grams.
