Vintage Felt Chick With Pin Eyes Basket In Mouth Very Cute Chicken Easter For Sale
Up for sale is a vintage felt (cloth) covered chick with a rose on a ribbon around it's neck and a basket in it's mouth. There is something inside of him (pellets?) so that he sounds like maracas when he is moved around. I strongly suspect my ignorance on this item will be someone else's gain. This item came from a two day sale from a long time antique collector. Day two was all vintage Halloween, Christmas, and Easter antiques and collectables. I attended day one- and this little guy was inside a wicker basket I purchased. Friends who attended day two told me that small Easter chicks similar to this one were going for over $20. My loss, your gain!
