Have a look at this vintage electric archtop jazz guitar model CARAVELLE made in Bavaria / Germany by FRAMUS in the 1970's:
Thinline 16" semihollow body with cutaways and painted on soundhole. Maple top, sidesand back. Glossy candy red sunburst finish.
The overall length is 41.3" (105cm), Scale: 24.8" (63cm).
Neck-width: 42 mm at the nut and 52 mm at the 12th fret.
The body is 16.15" (41cm) wide, 18.5" (47cm) long and 1.6" (4cm) deep.
Rosewood fretboard with 21 frets plus zero fret, MOP dot fret markers. Slim D-shaped multi laminated 'everstraight' maple neck. Chromed brass roller bridge, Framus type tremolo.
A professional instrument with clear singing jazzy voice and good separation of single notes. Perfect for all kinds of music, especially for jazz/swing or Rock'a'billy. The two Framus Billy Lorento P-90 type pickups sound awesome, volume & tone controls work flawless.
Excellent condition, few tiny dents and scratches, 2 cracks in the laquer finish of the body near the neck heel.
Perfect straight neck, low action app.3 mm at the 12th fret.

The instrument comes in an old hard shell case as shown on the photo. It is strung up with a new set of Argentine 1610MF silver steel strings.
