Vintage/antique Bruno 5 String Banjo **original** For Sale
Bruno 5-string banjo Circa 1900
Bruno was a New York distributor who marketed a
number of lines of banjos, including George C. Dobson's "Victor" line, the
Manhattan line, the Tremont line, and his own Bruno line. These banjos
were probably made by the Buckbee Company or their successors, Rettberg & Lange, also in New YorkThis is an Original Bruno 5 String Banjo. It belonged to my father, and honestly the only reason I am getting rid of it is because there are just too many things that are a part of his estate... You can't keep everything right!? So back to the Banjo... I tried to include multiple photos so that you wouldn't have any surprises if you win the sale. Please look the photos over and note that there is significant damage to different parts of the Banjo. This would need pretty extensive repairs to be a working Banjo. It is packaged very well, as not to sustain any more damage. Please note there is no case.If you have any questions, please feel free to ask... I want to be honest and clear about the Banjo. If you take a look at my response- I have extremely good ratings. Thank you for your time :)
