• I do combine shipping (reduced) for multiple sales won. They have to be in the same invoice and same payment. If you are going to offer on multiple of my sales, please let me know by sending a message through so I can invoice you accordingly
• Only items that are paid together will ship together (some exceptions apply).
• I primarily ship using USPS but I can accommodate special requests. Prices for special requests such as different carrier, faster shipping service, etc might cost extra
• I try to ship as soon as possible but please keep in mind that I have a full time job and sometimes I can only ship a couple of times a week
• Handling charges include supplies I have to buy to pack your item such as: tape, labels, paper, ink, bubble wrap, etc.
• Items ship domestic within the United States include delivery confirmation and a tracking number which will be sent to you by email automatically through when your shipping label is generated. Keep in mind that the USPS does not offer tracking information rather than DELIVERY confirmation, so sometimes a package will not be scanned until it is actually delivered.
  

• International buyers MUST wait for my invoice before paying, unless the action requires immediate payment then you may go ahead without waiting for my invoice.. 's shipping calculator does not calculate insurance which is required on some items. The shipping calculator may charge you more than it actually is as well, so I have to send you an invoice that reflects the correct amount so that you don't underpay or overpay for shipping charges
• Customers will be responsible to pay any duties depending on the country of shipment
• I will not mark items as gift, and I will declare the actual value of the items on the customs form
• If you do not wait for my invoice and underpay, you will have to send the additional payment needed to ship your item. Item will be held until complete payment is received
  

• You must first receive my authorization to return or exchange an item
• Request for return or exchange will have to be done within fourteen (14) business days from the day of delivery confirmation
• Returns/Exchanges are at my sole discretion depending on stock availability
  
• All shipping expenses to return and ship the item are the responsibility of the buyer
  
• All returns need to have a tracking only accept paypal as method of payment.
• I reserve the right to refuse any transaction if the shipping address is not a confirmed paypal address. It will be at my discretion
