Here\'s an amazing fan made by Vornado, called the turnabout. Model #B26F1. This is one of the most desirable and coolest fans ever made from the 1950s era. Rocket ship, Atomic styling with a MCM and Steampunk feel. This is large with overall dimension being 17\" wide x 19\" tall. What makes this fan so unique is the fact it is adjustable in the fan direction by just turning the center rotating fan area. It blows up, out and down! This also has a 3speed variable motor with switch. This fan does show it\'s age with surface rust, bumps, rubs, scuffs, scratches and some dents. The top surface is not exactly flat anymore likely from folks using it for it\'s intended purpose. I\'ve had this in use, running for several days on and off and it works beautifully with little to no noise. If you don\'t use it for an extended period of time and you have the blades pointed upwards it does start off slow, but to solve this all you need to do is rotate the fan to another position and it\'s going strong. It works great in any position at any speed. This is not an issue, I\'m just simply stating the facts for accuracy. This is a great fan and I\'m certain you will enjoy the heck out of it! Unfortunately this is large and heavy so that does reflect on the ship costs. (Ref #9008)
