This sale is for a colorful and striking, sterling and peridot glass bracelet, that is from the 1930's - 40's.This piece is not marked but tests positive for sterling silver. The bracelet has an inside circumference of 7 1/2", it is a bit fuller than 5/8" wide, and is 1/4" thick at its thickest point. The bracelet weighs 42 grams and closes securely with its original pin and latch clasp. This piece is unique for its raised design that has stamped details in the silver that gives the bracelet a lot of texture and visual interest. There are large green glass cabochons that measure 5/8" long an wrap around the whole bracelet which gives the piece a lot of color and refraction. The glass is open at the back and faceted on both sides so there is a lot of light and sparkle. There is quite a bit of surface wear and scratching to the glass, no chipping, but the scratching does dull the surface and the faceting a bit. There are no dents or irregularities to the silver, no signs of solder or repair, and the piece has a very bright patina that shows off all the detail. Overall this is a colorful and striking, sterling and peridot glass bracelet, that is from the 1930's - 40's that is in very good condition.
