Up for sale is this AWESOME vintage (circa 1940/41) General Electric J-64 Tabletop Tube Radio Broadcast & Shortwave Receiver!!! I purchased this set at a recent estate sale in central PA and it will ship to you just like I found it. The set powers on & works nicely! I was able to tune in several stations here in central Indiana! The backlit dial works as it should and it looks great! I have not tested any of the tubes. You are buying this as is.This is a really nice set, as you can see from the many pictures. Please be sure to preview all of the pictures so that you can determine the condition for yourself. All of the dials & push-buttons appear to be in excellent working condition, although one of the push-buttons is stuck. I did not try to pull it out or pry it out. I am sure that this is an easy fix. The interior/chassis looks pretty clean. The cabinet is nice and solid and the original finish looks great. There are a few minor blemishes like you might expect on a piece from this era. I believe that most all of this radio is original. The radio had been in storage for many years so I\'m sure that it could use a good/thorough cleaning.
