This is a Singer 29K70 industrial strength sewing machine designed to sew leather and heavy duty fabrics and it is in very good working order. It has a long, narrow arm and revolving foot. It can be used with a treadle, hand crank or electric. Included is the hand crank balance wheel, working motor and foot pedal (not attached), five bobbins, shuttle, working light with bulb and manual (reprint). The machine works smoothly and a sample of its' stitching is show in a photograph. The machine shows general wear from use and has areas of chipped paint (see pictures). The serial number EC963862 dates this machine to 1940. Local pickup available (Philadelphia, Pa. area) There is for this very collectable hard working sewing machine.
