Prominently marked with a G, 4, 8, and a clover, this cake server was made by Gerity Products from Toledo, Ohio. Founded in 1898, Gerity made fine serving and gift pieces. Silver-plated cake/pie server has a unique shape and floral and scroll design. Heavy celluloid handle. Comes with Tarnish reducer felt storage bag.
Estimate this piece to be from the 1940-50\'s. Light finish scratches consistent with age and use. Solid. Needs polished.
