Textile art is not my strength, but I had a friend tell me that this is a crocheted throw with a lot of bobble stitches.I wasn\'t certain, because I\'ve only seen crocheted yarn blankets, but this has more of a string-like thread used.
It measures approximately 60\" x 60\", with the extra border of triangles adding another 2\" to two sides.It\'s dense and heavy, over 3 lbs.
You can see that there are a couple of stains, but I didn\'t know the best way to wash it, so I just soaked it and hand washed it gently with a mild detergent. I don\'t know if the spots will come out with a different treatment or not. BUT they are not big, and not too noticeable when you see the blanket in person.
